Strategic Intent

Icembe Medical will procure medical devices from its suppliers and distribute them primarily to the public healthcare sector. Such medical devices will primarily be wound care devices. It is our intention to also distribute orthopaedic and endoscopy devices with time.

• Icembe Medical will use it's network of relationships built by its Shareholders, Management and Sales Consultants to offer a suite of solutions to the challenges facing the public sector institutions.
• Because of it's size and dedication to a clearly defined segment of the market and product range, Icembe Medical is better positioned to provide focused and personalized initial engagement and subsequent service experience to its customers.
• The initial engagement should be informed by Icembe's unique corporate culture born out of the Icembe Shareholder's intimate familiarity with the public sector business.
• By focusing on the "solution suite" approach, Icembe Medical will from the onset delink its "value proposition" from the general market approach of selling price which is unsustainable.
• In line with the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment policy of the government , Icembe Medical will seek to promote social and environmental responsibility partnerships.
